here. Lara, talking here below, commenced my dream and built the

In 1999 we purchased a custom made float to assist us with the transport of our carriage horses (Percherons) for our business Golden Sunset Tours, this was a basic horse float with no frills, and little did we realise that it would lead us to the path of helping to revolutionise Horse floats today.
We are fortunate to have horses that travel effortlessly, however upon discovering the Horse Problems Australia website in 2007, one of the articles within the site caught my attention and I became clearly aware that our horse float was a potential death trap.
The time came to upgrade our horse float in 2008 and we set about having a new custom built float made for us, with the major changes that were needed to take the Horse float out of the “Dark Ages” After contacting approximately five leading manufacturers, we found that unfortunately they we not able to build to my requirements.
We then decided to steer away from float building companies and enlist the help of a Sub Contractor that had no pre-conceived ideas on horse floats and their short comings, together we worked on the first horse float which included at least ten extra safety features that were not seen in any other horse float in Australia.
Being proud of the achievement, we showed “Mr. Horse Problems” John O’Leary our project.
A monster was created which has now led us to build horse floats for other Australian horse owners that also have the horses safety as paramount.
Mr. HP has been instrumental in helping us with added safety ideas and improvements that will continue be made throughout our development.
Ideas from Clients are also always welcome.
We can then insure that we can continue to produce the safest horse floats in Australia and help others…
Our aim is that all horses may one-day benefit from the added safety of horse transport systems throughout Australia.
